I inquired about the price of getting a second smaller storage unit a week before I actually signed the contract. I was initially told I could get special $1 for the first month on the 2nd unit. When I came back to sign the contract for the second unit, there was a different person in the office that told me that the promotion was only for new customers. If that is your policy, I understand, but your employees need to ALL consistently state the same thing. I thought I was being responsible and decided it was a good deal, that's one reason I came back. I almost went somewhere else or booked online. My name was misspelled, I could have gotten the $1 special.
